X2 Power Feed Controller – Complete

Finally, up and running! An X2 stepper motor power feed using a PIC controller unit to move the table, 10 speeds and programmable limits.

Video to come shortly:

A few pics of my veroboard built circuit – not the neatest, but it works!

The ArcEuro purchased 4amp stepper motor drivers sits inside the controller box – so it literally is all in the box – “plug and play” as they say!

What the screen looks like when it starts – set with limit 10,000 steps each way and mid speed – “5”

Ten speeds, 0 (slow) -9 (fast),

Limits can be set to dfferent values.

Controller sat up next to the mill and ready to use! Just connect to the 18v laptop charger and that powers both the PIC circuit and the stepper driver.
